Let’s be candid…people are reluctant to give referrals because they think we might damage their relationships and not refer quality people back to them. Isn’t that why we resist referring others when we are asked to do so?

BIO

I grew up in California and graduated from UCLA, with a major in English Literature. I am a lifelong entrepreneur and president of H.W. Frazee and Company, with the professional designation of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). I am a member of the Top of the Table (TOT), the top one percent of life insurnance agents in the world. Through my love of writing, I founded Sycamore Canyon Publishing, LLC and have published two books so far and have several others in development. The purpose of my books is to help readers live their vision and mission and to better connect with their family, friends, customers and community. I live in Los Angeles with my wife and three children.

I am currently scheduled  or planning to speak before a group of 500 estate planning attorneys in Southern California, 350 life insurance agents in Singapore and a community foundation in Northern Nevada.
